Conditions

  • We offer next-day delivery in the Houston area for most items (not available Sundays and Mondays). Items to other locations usually ship the next business day. Typical transit times: 1–10 business days for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas; 1–4 weeks for other locations, including out-of-state.
  • Back-ordered items ship together once all items arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates vary by vendor availability, destination, weather, shipping volumes, and force majeure.
  • Inventory/capacity changes or unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery.
  • Refused/returned shipments incur a 30% restocking fee plus two-way freight. Attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees are the consignee’s responsibility in case of refusal or non-compliance with delivery requirements.
  • Please verify furniture dimensions will fit through entryways and in the intended space before ordering. If dimensions aren’t listed on the product page, contact us to confirm them before purchase. Ensuring fit is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please call ----------------to report any damage. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Inspect merchandise upon receipt and keep original packaging; photos may be required for replacements.

Pick-up Policy

  • Order Confirmation & Pickup Arrangement: We’ll contact you to confirm details and schedule pickup. Provide accurate phone and email.
  • Pickup Location: Pick up at any of our stores during the scheduled time.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued ID matching the order name is required.
  • Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect carefully at pickup and report issues immediately. Signing the receipt acknowledges acceptance in good condition.
  • Pickup Assistance: We can help load, but please bring help if needed and secure items properly for transport.
  • Delivery Options: If you can’t pick up, ask about our delivery services.

Disclaimer

HTX Appliance Center may cancel orders or delay shipments for manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice. Due to unexpected carrier surcharges, an additional shipping fee may be required. If the surcharge is declined, the order will be cancelled.

We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory-manufactured condition unless stated otherwise, and we palletize/package carefully to prevent loss or damage. After the shipment leaves our warehouse, the buyer must file any loss/damage claims with the freight company. In certain cases, at our discretion, we may arrange repair service when applicable. Monetary compensation is not offered if insurance, freight liability, or repair is a possible remedy. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of TX.
